Ad Rates are based upon receipt of “Camera Ready” Artwork: We require the ad on CD, DVD or E-mail ads to: art@aroundtownpublishing.com.
(please ask for a list of acceptable file programs).
* Payment Terms:
1 time or month to month advertisers must pay total amount in advance.
3 month advertisers must pay two issues in advance.
6 month advertisers must pay three issues in advance.
12 month advertisers must pay four issues in advance.
— The remaining portion will be billed monthly and must be paid prior to production.
(1) Spot Color (advertiser’s choice, one color in addition to black).
(2) All Ads not furnished “Camera Ready” will incur the design charge as stated above.
• Scan Charge: $15 per scan will be charged for Images and Logos to be inserted into otherwise “Camera Ready” ads.
• All Layout & Scan charges are paid in advance at time order is placed.
